Our service can include meeting you at
passport control, helping you collect your luggage off the
belt and locating any lost luggage for you. We help you onto
a specially adapted minibus with ramps and supply you with a
24 hour emergency number for the duration of your holiday
all from as little as 6 euros per person per transfer.
This service is particularly helpful to
the elderly, infirm or non-confident traveller that requires
help to get through the airport. It appeals to those
who need help with getting their baggage off the belt, as
well as families with children or those larger groups
travelling with a lot of luggage.
Golf groups, windsurf boards, bicycles etc can all be
catered for. Independent travellers use us because we offer
a 24 hour emergency number for the duration of your
holiday.
This service is only available on busier
days of the week and for day flight arrivals only. As this
service is very popular, please contact us before making any
firm bookings to ensure availability.

How does it work?
Kim has worked in the tourism sector for many years
in Tenerife. If necessary she can meet you just
after you pass through passport control and escort
you through to the baggage collection belt. Normally
she meets you at the luggage belt and she helps you
collect your baggage and takes you through to your
transport. |

You need to look out
for Kim and the Orange Badge Sign. Kim can even visit the
following day to ensure your accommodation is as described
and explain the various trips and other services available.

We need to know your name, flight number,
departure airport and estimated time of arrival. In addition
we need to know the number of people in your party and who
is in wheelchairs or scooters. Whilst we are very used to
dealing with the disabled please help us to help you and
make sure you tell us of any special requirements you may
have, for example spinal injuries where headroom is
important. Please contact us with full details of your
requirements.

Once you have connected with Kim she then
escorts you to your specially ramped minibus.
We have our own transport fleet of mini buses
run by our sister company Orange Bus. If you get
into any form of (paid for) transport that does not
have an SP plate (by the number plate normally at
front and rear) then you are potentially putting
yourself at risk as the driver does not have legal
insurance to carry passengers. |

Our transfer service is available to all parties
which include the infirm, elderly or handicapped, as well as
larger family groups of up to 12 people. Golf groups can be

Mostly you will go directly to and from
your hotel which means no long treks around everywhere else
before you get to your accommodation. A guaranteed
private transfer is available at a small extra cost. Please
