How to Book 

It is always best to book before you come, as we do not always have enough equipment at busy times. Once you know when you are coming and where you are staying it is best to book the hire of your equipment. Please note that, unlike most rental companies, we ask for no monies from you until you arrive here in Tenerife. Please have the following information available when you contact us, or include it in your e mail.

We need to have the following information from you when making a booking with us:- 

• Name of the person hiring the equipment. N.B. This is not always the same as the person who is using the equipment

• Name of person using the equipment if different.

• What equipment do you require? Whilst many people use a 4-wheel scooter at home, most use a 3 wheel here in Tenerife due to its much easier manoeuvrability in hotel corridors and shops etc.

• Weight of person using the equipment. This is necessary because it helps us to establish the suitability of the equipment for you.

• Are there any special factors that you feel we should be aware of?

• What date are you coming to Tenerife? Please note that if you are expecting to arrive in your resort after 5.pm then we would deliver the equipment to you the following morning.

• How many days or weeks do you want the equipment for?

If using our meet and greet or airport transfer service we also need to know your day, date and time of departure, your flight number and your departure airport. The lead name of the party, how many in the party and your return flight details as well.

and 10 until 1 on Saturday and Sunday. We do not close for lunch.

booking.
