Orange Badge Mobility Full Repair and Equipment Servicing

Most makes of wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters can be repaired, however we are unable to keep in stock all spares for every make of machine and all repairs requiring new or replacement parts are subject to parts availability. There is a minimum charge of 30 Euros plus transport to examine your machine.

Rental Equipment is normally available whilst yours is being repaired. If you rent whilst your equipment is being repaired then no delivery/collection charges apply.

Mobility Scooter Repairs

Batteries & Connections, Battery chargers, Seating, Wheels & Tyres, Tiller Controls & Wiring Connections, Lights/horn, Brakes. Steering Column/Tiller, Chassis Joints, and Transaxle mounts. We can also check the  built in computer log of the scooter to check for any errors logged during normal running.

We also offer Mini and Major servicing of most makes of mobility scooter.

Electric Wheelchair Servicing and Repairs

Batteries & Connections, Battery chargers, Seating, Wheels & Tyres, Tiller Controls & Wiring Connections, Lights/horn, Brakes. Steering Column/Tiller, Chassis Joints, and Transaxle mounts. We can also check the  built in computer log of the scooter to check for any errors logged during normal running.

Wheelchair Speed Controller Repairs:-

• Including Joysticks, Remote Modules, Scooter Heads, and Stairlift Boards

• Electronic repairs to component level

• Rigorous testing to original manufacturer specification, including:
  A full functional inspection on purpose built test equipment
  A specification and tolerance test
  An independent final test on a test track and ramp

• Conversion to thru-charging and Beau plug available

Motor & Gearbox Repairs

• Most makes & models of scooter and powerchair motors, subject to parts availability

• Repaired and tested to original performance specifications

• Test equipment measures key performance characteristics including: Torque, Current, Noise, RPM, Brake effectiveness
