Having arrived at the airport we were approached by several totes asking if we required any transferes, How Glad we were that we had booked with orange bus we were met at the luggage belt and the orange bus rep helped us with our luggage to the bus and Marcus our driver transported us to our hotel in a clean and new bus, on the way we were told of events that are happening on the island, During our stay we booked the bus and Marcus for a days tour Nothing was to much Trouble for Marcus and we will be booking again Regards Keith |

For many years we used Lero in Tenerife for their aiport transfers as we were told there is no option. She then helped with our luggage and found the driver who had a ramped minibus and we walked into the minibus. Fantastic service! We'll be back. |

I have just returned from my second holiday in Los Christianos, and once again I hired various pieces of equipment from Orange Badge. I would just like to thank you for the high level of care and friendliness offered by your company. Without your services I would not be able to holiday abroad. We were collected at the airport as promised and delivered safely to our apartment where most of the items had been delivered earlier that day. It is such a relief to know that when you get to your apartment everything is already there to make life easier. The next day Simon delivered my electric wheelchair and again offered every assistance where required. I shall certainly be contacting you again for my next holiday,and again I have passed on your details to a number of people we met while on holiday. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff.

I am writing on behalf of my wife, Audrey, and myself to thank you for the wonderful support your company gave us during our month-long holiday in Tenerife - from the time we arrived at the airport to the time we left on Friday last, we received nothing but first class treatment and suppport. Your people are efficient, caring, thoroughly professional, polite, punctual, courteous and great at empathising with those with difficulties. The original anxieties we had felt disappeared within minutes as we were welcomed and taken care of. Arrangements, even when amended by us, were always handled perfectly and communication was never a problem. All of this contributed greatly to the marvellous holiday we experienced. We would not hestitate to use your company again and would recommend it without reservation to anyone. The company motto, "Nice People," is accurate if rather understated!

I writing to thank you all for yet again making our holiday very special.
This time the scooter was needed even more than last time as I had a fall
3 weeks before our holiday and am unable to use my crutch to walk, without
the scooter we would not of been able to have the holiday.
The holiday rep showed lots of interest in the fact that I was able to
hire the scooter. So I gave her one of your cards and the leaflet with
your trips that you do for the disabled and she said that she has lots of
folks who are unable to use the coaches that they use due to age or
conditions so she would let them know about you. She also said that she
would bring it up at their meetings to let the others know that you are
there.I hope this helps to keep your company running as we think that your company this the best thing since sliced bread. :)

I recently holidayed in los christianos and hired some equipment from yourselves. I would just like to say thank you very much for making my holiday (my first since becoming disabled) so much easier and enjoyable. Everything went very smoothly from the airport pick up to the delivery of my equipment and buggy. I shall certainly be in contact with you next time i visit (which I hope will be soon.)
We got chatting to a few disabled people at the airport and we told them about your service and how much easier it made things for me. They thought it sounded great and I gave them your website address so that they could look it up when they got home.

I was very apprehensive about going on holiday(Andorra Apartments, Las Americas).
I needn't have been.
We were picked up at the airport (by Jose), who came looking for us and, on the return flight, he picked us up at the Apartments (bang on time) and organised the wheelchair to take me to Departure Lounge before he left.
Full marks to Jose and Orange Badge.
I will certainly use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending them. |

I have used orange badge many times and always found them very helpful and understanding.on the most recent one (17th feb 06-24 of feb 06)i phoned them because i was concerned about a noise coming from the scooter. They came and picked it up at the hotel and left me another one. They asked me would i like them to drop it off later when it had been fixed (because i am used to that type of scooter i said yes)they phoned me up and told me they had fixed it and they would drop it back off at the hotel later in the afternoon at a time that would suit me. Brilliant. In Las Americas and los Cristianos you will see Orange Badge posters which say "Nice people to deal with" How very true that is.

I have used Orange Badge Co. 3 or 4 times now when visiting Tenerife. We have been going there now for about 10 years but always hired a wheelchair from home and took it with me. That was until I discovered the Orange Badge Co. I have always found their service second to none. The staff are really friendly and helpful. What I did find when we went from Playa to Torviscos, was that where the pavement edge lowers for wheelchairs and such, it would be low on one side of the road but when you actually crossed over it wasn't lowered on the other side. At one stage it meant me actually riding in the main road along side parked cars and moving traffic which at busy times can be quite scary. |

Over the past 18 months there have been roadworks and pedestrianisation improvements in progress around the Torviscas area and eventually it will be pedestrianised. The Los Cristianos end of the beaches are much more wheelchair friendly and the local council here has spent over 750,000 euros making improvements in facilities for the disabled in the last 18 months alone, making it the most popular area for the disabled. |

During October 05 we hired a sscooter for the second time from you. You must have been good or we would not have done so.
As a Professional Procurement Executive I always gauge my suppliers by how how they correct things when they go wrong, and in the real world if it can go wrong it will!
We had a problem with the battery on the scooter, and having rung Orange Badge with the problem I was impressed with the courtesy provided by the telephone staff (sorry, I can't find your name). A replacement battery was with us and installed within ten (ten) minutes. Well it was actually longer thaan that, but neither the driver or ourselves saw each other the first time round.

We were only here for a week, but it was very enjoyable with most things accessible, If anyone goes I would heartiy recommend a restaurant called Rodeo, there is a buffet of all things vegetable, then they came round with all manner of BBQ`d meats (lamb,beef,chicken,quail & more) and once you`ve stuffed yoiurself they brin a rather large sweets trolley....
The service from Orangebadge was faultless and Jeremy was very helpful when he dropped the scooter off.My thanks to you all....

Freedom at last! What a difference the scooter made. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Orange Badge. I walked the wife and kids from Los Cristianos to Americas and back without a hitch (have to admit the wife and kids were a bit on the tired side!)
Never before have we had a family holiday abroad where I've felt totally independent. Simple things like being able to pop down the shops on my own made such a difference.

This was the 2nd time my wife and I have used Orange Badge. The 1st time at Golf del Sur in April we had no problems at all and were quite happy to book this time. The problem this time was that the hotel (Hollywood Mirage) is at the top of the hill and although the scooter was changed, it still would not get to the hotel and I had to push the scooter up the last 500m. That said, the quality of service is very good. |

Sorry to hear of your second problem. If you had let us know we could have changed again. Unfortunately the resort where you stayed is at the top of very steep hill and if the scooter is used all day it sometimes does not have enough left in the batteries to get up it.

On all our visits to Tenerife we have used Orange badge company. Their on line service is very good and user friendly, booking in advance saves a lot of time.
Our last holiday (July 05) had a few problems with the accomodation , which meant that our advance booking needed amending. We spent a great deal of time and effort organising change of resort with our holiday company and Orange Badge was only to happy for our arrangements to be altered at a moments notice. In fact we had contacted them six times in a matter of 4 days to inform them of our requirements. There were no hidden costs in changing arrangements and they acted in a very professional manner at all times.
The resort we were transferred to was on the Cote de Adeje which is a short distance away from Player de Americas. The resort was quiet during the day and lively in the evening but not loud or noisy. Towards the beach is an harbour and a small sandy beach, it is well equipped with restuarants (at very reasonable prices), shops, sun lounges and water activities such as para gliding, ski boats, and boat trips. There is a very good activity centre on the sea, a very short distance from the beach. The activity are water shoots for the very young and climbing pyramid, etc. The resort is hilly but if you have a scooter it is not a real problem. The only issue we found with the resort was that it's ramp facilities at the edge of kerbs were sparse. Certain areas, such as promenade and shopping mall were OK but not the pavements. This was resolved by Orange Badge providing us with a portable ramp which was light weight and very easy to use. We were spoiled at Los Cristianos with complete diabled facilities, but we would go to Coste de Adeje again. |

Extremley impressed with the service off orangebadge allthough i had no problems a representitive was there to drop off and pick up the the products i needed, also the location of the hotel noelia sur (in tenerife) and facillities are outstanding. they have at least two beaches with wheelchair access, they have decking actually down on to the beach, then a big decked out area with sunbeds, and the lifeguards even have little buggys that can take you down to the sea for a cool down. I will be going back to this resort again for certain. |

Having used the Orange Badge FOUR times this year already this must prove what a very good team they are. The airport transfer is second to none and although the driver speaks little english he is brilliant and very pleasant.
The trips offered are a must do,again done the Orange Badge way nothing
is too much trouble. As with any thing these days things can go wrong
the one time I had a problem it was sorted within the hour.
What make this service special for me I lost both legs in a accident
and am wheel chair bound without the help of ORANGE BADGE and all the
services they provide on holidays.
